AKIBAT HUKUM PEMBATALAN PERKAWINAN YANG TELAH MELEWATI JANGKA WAKTU PEMBATALAN PERKAWINAN (STUDI KASUS PUTUSAN PENGADILAN AGAMA SEKAYU NOMOR 0012/PDT.G/2016/PA.SKY)

Marriage is one of the human needs which includes both physical and spiritual needs. These outer needs are driven by human instincts to develop legitimate offspring, these are biological. The spiritual element in marriage is the embodiment of the human desire to live in pairs with affection. Marriage that aims to form a happy and eternal family, can be interpreted that the marriage must last for a lifetime and should not be terminated just like that. Termination due to other causes of death is given a strict restriction. So that a termination in the form of a divorce will be the last resort, after another recourse cannot be taken again.
